MEN WHO DANCE

A FILM BY SUSANNE SVANTESSON - Men Who Dance is about some men on Gotland who have started dancing. A gardener, a farmer, a professor... One is young, the others a little older... The men first started training in modern dance on a course started by Helena Högberg, and a year later they also participated in her dance performance in Visby Cathedral. But how did they start with this kind of dance? How did they continue? Who are they? What is it that makes the farmer "throw away the milk bucket and hurry to Visby to dance modern dance"?

Men Who Dance is a film about dance.
Men Who Dance is also a film about curiosity and courage, a film about wanting, daring and doing.
