Programme

As we enter the room, we meet two dancers, suspended on the stage floor. They are in a dark vacuum, a hallucinogenic world that can best be described as limbo.
It reveals only what the light allows us to see, a poetic duet where two defenceless beings try to counteract the existential void within them.

Using an original movement language, they fight against gravity and the lure of sleep, but their legs give out and their strength fails.

Untied Tales is a dark story that reminds us of our final, inevitable fate... where the only certainty is that we know nothing.

Clara Furey is a Canadian multi-faceted artist, singer-songwriter, actor, dancer and choreographer. Together with choreographer and dancer Peter Jaško she has created the duet Untied Tales.

Originally from Slovakia, Jaško is one of the founders of Les SlovaKs Collective.
