With a passion for house dance and its vocabulary, choreographer Cassiel Gaube has immersed himself in its chiselled footwork and skilful turns. It maps and deconstructs all the steps in the house dance repertoire. The trio plays with the steps, their characteristic bouncing footworks and the rocking jacking of the torso.<\/p>\n
Movements, rhythms and attitudes are intertwined, synchronised and dissolved. Using physical and musical logic, the rich vocabulary of house dance is explored and the dancers find new and inventive ways to articulate them together.<\/p>\n
