The day before Oulouy is on the Dansens Hus stage as part of the Gatuverket festival Rhythm n’ Moves he holds a workshop at Värmeverket in Bredäng.

Oulouy is one of the most prominent figures in the African street dance scene, born in the Ivory Coast and based in Barcelona, Spain. He is fluent in styles such as Coupé Décalé, Ndombolo, Afrohouse and Azonto. He is known internationally as a dancer and choreographer and performs on stages worldwide. Oulouy is the founder of OYOFE which is the world's largest African street dance festival, cementing his role as a leading voice in the global Afro-street dance community. He is also the co-founder of the media platform ”I Love This Dance” (link to insta).
