What is personal data and what is processing of personal data?
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living person. Examples of personal data are name, social security number, address, email address, telephone number, image, purchase history, etc. Processing of personal data is anything that is done with it, such as collection, processing, alteration, storage, reading, disclosure, de-identification or erasure.
Purpose of the processing of personal data
We use personal data to run our business, deliver the services we provide and fulfil our obligations to our donors. We also use the information to create a better experience when visiting our website and to reach you with more relevant information and advertising about our performances. Here are examples of different purposes:
- To provide you with tickets and/or other vouchers (e.g. gift vouchers) and to email you information and updates about the performance for which you have purchased tickets.
- Improve and adapt our communication.
