The entrance to the Dansens Hus box office and foyer is on the ground floor.

Wheelchair space must be booked via our customer service tel 08-508 990 90. If you need a companion to accompany you to the performance, please inform us when booking/purchasing. This person goes for free, but needs a booked seat in the theatre.

Rullator
If you have a walker, we can help you book an accessible seat. Contact customer service on 08-508 990 90. The walker must always be parked in the designated area. Ask our foyer hosts on site and they will help you.

Accessible toilets
A toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility is available on the lounge floor.

Sight-reading performances
For some performances, audio description and audio description equipment is available on site.

To book these seats, please contact customer service at the email address: biljett@dansenshus.se. Telephone number: 08-508 990 90. Telephone hours: Monday-Tuesday 13.00-15.00, and one hour before the performance. Telephone hours are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Accompanying persons go for free, but need a booked place.

Subject to availability, tickets for audio-described performances can be purchased 1 hour before the start of the performance at the box office in our foyer.

On the day of the performance, you are welcome to come to the foyer of Dansens Hus 45 minutes before the performance starts. The audio description interpreter will give you an introduction and tell you more about the performance. After the introduction, the equipment will be handed out and the group will be allowed to enter the theatre a little earlier than the rest of the audience. We have reserved a number of seats at the front of the theatre. If you prefer to sit in another seat, this is of course fine, just let us know when you book.
