About Efva Lilja, choreographer
Efva Lilja works with choreography as dance, image and text in works that take us through different layers of consciousness, erotic episodes, contemplative stillness or playfulness with a political edge. Her work has been presented in more than forty countries, often hailed as controversial and groundbreaking. Among them works for Moderna Museet Stockholm, Baltic Art Center Visby, Centre Georges Pompidou Paris and Guggenheim Bilbao but also works for experimental forums, various performance spaces and public environments. She presents exhibitions, gives lectures and has published 14 books translated into several languages. Efva Lilja has received a large number of awards, such as the Gannevik Scholarship, the City of Stockholm's Honorary Award, Prix D'Assitej, St. Erik's Medal and His Majesty the King's Medal Litteris et Artibus. She is a member of the Disorderly woman network, the European Cultural Parliament and an honorary member of the International Centre for Cultural Relations.

About Åke Parmerud, composer and media artist
Åke Parmerud is one of Sweden's most internationally recognised composers of electroacoustic music with works presented worldwide. He composes for many different forums such as the United Nations in New York, where his work Grains of Voices was performed on United Nations Day 1997. He has won 23 international awards, several national ones, including two Grammy Awards for Best Classical Album, and has been nominated for both the Prix Italia and the Nordic Council Music Prize. His ninth solo album will be released in 2025. In addition to art music, Åke Parmerud has worked with interactive art, dance performances and film. Åke Parmerud has been a member of the Academy of Music since 1998.
