The residency project is based on a free interpretation of Judith Shalansky's novel. 'List of some losses', which deals with lost objects and failed human projects. During the residency at Dansens Hus, Kompani Giraff has choreographically and metaphorically explored the imprints that historical and imaginary losses leave within us, through circus choreographies, object theatre and magical illusions.

The evening will include a short introduction and a taster of the performance process, followed by Swedish Radio's "The Philosophy Room" which broadcasts exclusively from Elverket with an in-depth conversation about losses with the Ola Larsmo, author and literary critic, Hans Ruin, professor of philosophy at Södertörn University and Maja Hagerman, historian and author.
