Workshop for children aged 10-13

Bring your friends and family and experience acrobatics, aerial acrobatics, hair hanging and contortionism at Cirkus Cirkör. Tipping point, a performance that explores the moments when imbalance occurs and when we can suddenly choose to fall into new paths.

On each performance day, the foyer opens at 1 p.m. for circus crafts, cosy get-togethers and a quiz walk.

On two occasions, 28 December at 5 p.m. and 4 January at 5 p.m., Children aged 10–13 can take part in a circus workshop led by Alexander Weibel Weibel, director of Tipping point. Alexander is a Spanish-born circus artist who specialises in balancing acts: both balancing himself on slack ropes, wires, unicycles and objects, and balancing objects on himself. Together in the workshop, the group explores balance and imbalance to discover the principles of tensegrity. The workshop has a limited number of places and costs £5 per child. Adults do not participate in the workshop but are welcome to accompany the children and sit in the auditorium. Tickets can be booked via the ticket button.

During the performance period with Cirkus Cirkör Tipping point Café Markelius serves a circus menu.
