As a tribute to the slowed-down tempo, the dancers move as S L O W I N G S through time. In the work the audience is invited in to the space by children to to slow down together with the dancers, to let slowness prevail and make room for quiet movements.

The performance is developed by Lisen Ellard in close collaboration with Mira Mutka, and is based on their many years of individual and joint work on the theme of slowness. Slowness has permeated their respective artistic and choreographic qualities for a long time, and resulted in several site-specific works.

Ellard also collaborates with the composer and musician Petter Granberg, who in addition to his own compositions under his own name has also produced and composed music for El Perro del Mar and Mattias Alkberg, among others.

In co-production with Dansens Hus.
