French Marguerité Mbolo and Julia Rauti give an inspiring lecture for those who want to get a picture of how street dance/hip hop has developed and established itself as a theatre expression in France. The performance is for those who are looking for inspiration and/or concrete examples of how someone else went about starting up and running their own artistic activity.

Under the artistic direction of Niki Tsappos and Marguerité Mbolo, a performance lecture focussing on the theatrical history of hip hop. The lecture is based on retrospectives of selected choreographic works and in connection with the lecture a work in progress by dancers from France and Sweden will be shown.
