For the first time, our new theatre director Johannes Öhman expresses the reasons for his resignation as director of the Berlin State Ballet. He talks about an art form that suffers from racism, discrimination and old-fashioned hierarchical thinking. From 2018 to 2020 Johannes was director of the Staatsballett Berlin, from 2019 together with Sasha Waltz.
