YES is a cascade of pleasure, sadness and dreams. A constant transformation through what is and what was. YES insists on fiction as a compass to imagine where we want to be. YES works with the transformative power of water and the revolutionary potential of the storm.

Yes yes yes. This could be something. YES is soft, YES is compact. YES is tension and relaxation, YES is too much and not enough.
YES is BamBam Frost's second full-evening performance, followed by her debut SORRY in 2019. We call it a solo with a star guest.
BamBam Frost
BamBam Frost is a dancer and choreographer based in Stockholm, Sweden. She has a bachelor's degree in contemporary dance from Stockholm University of the Arts and has in her work moved within club scenes, commercial works, the contemporary dance scene and art institutions. 2018 she debuted with her first full-length work SORRY.
SORRY, SO SORRY (2019), and YES (2020) all stem from her interest in social dances and popular cultural phenomena in relation to time and the contexts from which they emerge. In her work, she insists on desire, pleasure and fiction as a compass for imagining and shaping choreographic proposals. immortal summit (2020) and Koreografisk konversation (2021) were created together with Lydia Diakité Östberg and both premiered in 2021. In the autumn of 2022, BamBam will present a new work, created for four dancers, at MDT Stockholm.
Party in the foyer after the performances, DJ Valerie plays afrobeat, amapiano, hip hop & r&b.
