Before the performance of REMACHINE, choreographer Jefta van Dinther invites the audience into his artistic world with an introductory talk in the Studioscenen at Dansens Hus. In this session, he will open up about the journey of the piece - how a spark of an idea grows, branches out, and eventually takes shape on stage. Along the way, van Dinther will share insights into the sources and inspirations that nourish his work.

The talk will touch on recurring themes in his practice: the power of voice and singing, the shifting bond between humans and technology, and the delicate balancing act between abstraction and meaning. More than just background, this introduction offers a glimpse behind the curtain - a chance to connect with the questions and curiosities that fuel the performance.

The session concludes with time for questions, giving the audience an opportunity to enter into dialogue with van Dinther before experiencing REMACHINE together.
