Choreographer and film maker Gunilla Heilborn embarked on a journey into the wilderness of memory and navigation. She travelled to England to understand how taxi drivers remember every street in London. She learnt all about random walking, forest shock, triangulation, antipodes, longitudes, latitudes and read books on survival and lost expeditions. She presents her lessons learned in a fact-packed and humorous talk.

- It has always been better to be able to navigate, than not to be able to navigate, Gunilla Heilborn

Gunilla Heilborn's world of expression combines the profound with the absurd. She tackles life's big and small questions with her distinctive style, characterised by atmospheric rhythm and twisted, philosophical humour. In previous works, she has tackled everything from creating a five-year plan for her life to dissecting the radio programme Filosofiska rummet.

In the coming The Knowledge she delves into memory techniques, navigation systems and illusions of truth. For the first time in a long time, Gunilla Heilborn herself will be on stage to give a personalised talk that will make your brain grow.

On 27 November, the The Knowledge in English!

In autumn 2015, Gunilla Heilborn is Choreographer on site at Dansens Hus. Read more here
