On some, everything always fits perfectly! Always right, always stylish, never awkward, never too small or too big. Colour, shape, lines, body, a perfect outfit for every situation! While someone else is struggling with the same knots that can never be unravelled. How can the same jumper be right one day but wrong the next?
Avig is a dance work for middle school children about understanding the pattern and finding the right side, about coming to terms with oneself, fitting into the body, the group, the room and the world.
Föreställningen skapas av TUBO & Co och produceras av Smart frilanskooperativ i samarbete med Unga Dramaten och i samproduktion med Dansens Hus Stockholm med stöd av Kulturrådet och Stockholms Stad.
TUBO
TUBO consists of Tobias Ulfvebrand and Hugo Therkelson. Both are trained at the Royal Swedish Ballet School and have, in addition to several professional years as dancers, worked in the music field as composers. The critically acclaimed puppet show "Vill ha hund" was the start of their collaboration where they got the chance to combine their love of dance, puppets and music. Since then, the collaboration has continued with SNÖ and now Avig, which builds on their previous works.
